Chilli Paneer Recipe

"Spice up your day with this sizzling Chilli Paneer! 🔥🧀

Ingredients:
🔸️ 250gms Paneer
🔸️ 3 tbsp cornflour
🔸️ 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
🔸️ Salt
🔸️ 1/2 black pepper powder
🔸️ Oil
🔸️ 5-6 cloves, minced

🔸️1 ginger

🔸️1 large onion

🔸️1 bell pepper each (red, yellow, green)

🔸️2-3 green chillies

🔸️2 tbsp Soy Sauce

🔸️Spring Onion
🔸️1 tbsp chilli sauce

🔸️1 tsp vinegar

🔸️1 tbsp. cornflour mixed with 2 tablespoons water

Instructions:

🔸️In a bowl, mix cornflour, all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper, and enough water to form a smooth, thick batter

🔸️Dip the paneer cubes in the batter, ensuring they are well-coated

🔸️Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the paneer cubes until golden brown and crisp. Remove and drain on paper towels.

🔸️ In a wok or large pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Add minced garlic, ginger, and green chillies. Sauté until fragrant

🔸️ Add cubed onions, capsicum, and the white part of the spring onions. Stir-fry on high heat for 2-3 minutes, keeping them crunchy

🔸️ Lower the heat and add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, and vinegar. Mix well

🔸️ Add salt and black pepper to taste

🔸️ Add ¼ cup of water and bring the mixture to a simmer. Stir in the cornflour slurry and cook until the sauce thickens

🔸️ Add the fried paneer cubes to the sauce and toss until well-coated

🔸️ Sprinkle the green part of the spring onions on top
