Ingredients:
🔸️6 Medjool dates
🔸️2 cups almond milk 
🔸️10 almonds (soaked overnight & peeled)
🔸️½ teaspoon ground cardamom
🔸️½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
🔸️1 tablespoon honey
🔸️½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
🔸️½ cup ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:
🔸️ Add the pitted dates, soaked almonds, and almond milk to a blender.
🔸️ Let them soak for 5 minutes if the dates are firm.
🔸️ Add cardamom, cinnamon, honey (if using), and vanilla extract.
🔸️ Blend until smooth and creamy. If too thick, add a little more almond milk.
🔸️ Add ice cubes and blend again for a chilled milkshake.
🔸️ Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with chopped almonds or a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
