Garlic Butter Baked Salmon anyone? 🍽️
Ingredients:
🔸️2 salmon fillets
🔸️2 tbsp butter, melted
🔸️2 cloves garlic, minced
🔸️1 tbsp lemon juice
🔸️½ tsp salt
🔸️½ tsp black pepper
🔸️½ tsp paprika (optional)
🔸️1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
🔸️Lemon slices (for garnish)
Instructions:
🔸️ Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
🔸️ Prepare the garlic butter – In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika.
🔸️ Coat the salmon – Place the salmon fillets on the baking tray and brush them generously with the garlic butter mixture.
🔸️ Bake the salmon – Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
🔸️ Garnish & serve – Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon slices. Enjoy with rice, roasted veggies, or a fresh salad!
