Lemon Garlic Boneless Chicken Thighs Recipe

Ingredients:
🔸️ 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
🔸️ 3 tbsp olive oil
🔸️ 1 tbsp lemon juice
🔸️ 4 cloves garlic, minced
🔸️ 1 tsp dried thyme
🔸️ 1 tsp dried rosemary
🔸️ 1 tsp paprika
🔸️ Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
🔸️ Salt and pepper
Instructions:
🔸️ In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper.
🔸️ Add chicken thighs to the marinade, coating each piece evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours for best results.
🔸️ Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
🔸️ Add a little oil to the skillet, then add the marinated chicken thighs in a single layer.
🔸️Cook for 5-6 minutes per side, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/75°C).
