Mango Cheese Cake Recipe

This creamy, no-bake Mango Cheesecake is the perfect dessert for any occasion. Refreshing, rich, and irresistibly delicious!

Ingredients:
🔸️1 1/2 cup Mango Pulp
🔸️250g cream cheese & 200ml heavy cream
🔸️1/2 cup powdered sugar
🔸️3 tsp gelatin
🔸️1 tsp vanilla extract
🔸️Fresh mango slices (for garnish)
🔸️3 tbsp hot water

Instructions:
🔸️ In a small bowl, dissolve gelatin in hot water and let it cool slightly.
🔸️ In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
🔸️ Add mango puree and vanilla extract, mixing well.
🔸️ In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
🔸️ Gently fold the whipped cream into the mango-cream cheese mixture.
🔸️ Stir in the dissolved gelatin and mix until smooth.
🔸️ Pour the mixture into a lightly greased cake pan or serving dish and refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours, or overnight, until set.
🔸️ Heat mango puree with sugar (if using) until slightly warm.
🔸️ Mix in the dissolved gelatin and stir well. Let it cool slightly.
🔸️ Pour the topping over the set cheesecake and refrigerate for another hour.
🔸️ Once the cheesecake is fully set, remove it from the pan.
🔸️ Garnish with fresh mango slices
🔸️ Slice and serve chilled!
