Instructions

🔸️In a large mixing bowl, add the minced mutton.
🔸️Add the finely chopped onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, ground cumin, ground coriander, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt to taste.
🔸️Mix well
🔸️Add the gram flour, yogurt, and lemon juice to the mutton mixture.
🔸️Mix everything thoroughly to ensure the mixture is well combined and the mutton is evenly coated with the marinade.
🔸️Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours
🔸️After marinating, take small portions of the mutton mixture and shape them into cylindrical or round kebabs. You can use your hands to shape them or use skewers if you prefer.
🔸️Heat a non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium heat and grease it lightly with oil.
🔸️Once the pan is hot, place the shaped kebabs on the pan, leaving some space between each kebab.
🔸️Cook the kebabs for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through. You can also grill the kebabs if you prefer.
🔸️Serve the mutton kebabs hot with your favourite dipping sauce or chutney, along with sliced onions and lemon wedges on the side.
