Spicy Salmon Tikka Recipe

Ingredients:
🔸️4 salmon fillets, cut into cubes
🔸️1/2 cup yogurt
🔸️1 tbsp lemon juice
🔸️1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
🔸️1 tsp turmeric powder,red chilli powder,garam masala,cumin powder & coriander powder
🔸️1/2 tsp smoked paprika
🔸️Fresh coriander leaves and lemon wedges
🔸️Wooden skewers
🔸️Squeeze of lemon juice (optional, for added freshness)

Instructions:
🔸️ In a large bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and all the spices to form a smooth paste. Add mustard oil and stir well.
🔸️ Add the salmon cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more intense flavor).
🔸️ Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated salmon onto skewers and grill for 4–5 minutes on each side until slightly charred and cooked through.
🔸️ Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Arrange the salmon pieces on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway.
🔸️ Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F). Place the salmon pieces in a single layer and cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
🔸️Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and lemon wedges. Serve hot with mint chutney, naan, or a fresh salad.
