🔸️4 bone-in chicken thighs and drumsticks
🔸️1 cup plain yogurt
🔸️2 tablespoons lemon juice
🔸️2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
🔸️1 tbsp Salt
🔸️1 tbsp Oil
🔸️½ tsp black pepper
🔸️1 tsp cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, paprika
🔸️1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
🔸️Fresh coriander and lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions:
🔸️ In a large mixing bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and all the spices. Mix well until you get a smooth marinade.
🔸️ Make deep cuts in the chicken pieces to allow the flavors to penetrate. Coat the chicken evenly with the marinade, ensuring it gets into the cuts. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight for the best flavor.
🔸️ Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and fully cooked.
🔸️ Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F). Place the chicken on a wire rack over a baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
🔸️ Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F). Cook for 15-18 minutes, turning once midway.
🔸️ Garnish with fresh coriander and lemon wedges. Serve hot with naan, rice, or a side of mint chutney for an authentic Indian experience!
